Every time I come back to Penang, I always make sure to visit Coffee Venture. The whole experience is amazing! I tried a bunch of delicious cakes, salads, and drinks, and everything was super tasty and reasonably priced. The cakes are sweet but not too much, with a smooth texture, and the salad is fresh and refreshing – it really hits the spot. The vibe in the place is cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. It’s become my go-to spot every time I’m back, and I definitely recommend it to everyone!
Good coffee and cakes. No halal certified but you can order toast , vegetable/fruit based or seafood based food. Very calming ambience. Good for those who like to get away from buzzing and noisy environment. They play good soft music. Definitely will come again to chill
It was a nice ambient environment with lovely songs at a reasonable volume. We still were able to speak with each other while enjoying the music. The food was good, just a little smaller portion that i expected. The cakes were really good, soft and fresh. The watermelon cake was something new that we really enjoyed. Their latte, juice and marakesh mint tea was really nice. They offered a big jug of tea for rm10 which was cheap. Would definitely come back to this place!!
A good spot to lepak! Lovely ambience with minimal decos. Less food options but the drinks & food taste really good! And not to miss the cakes... Do get a try if you pass by this cafe! Recommended to try almond tiramisu cake, caramel latte, big breakfast meal
[Nov 2023] Had to take a Grab here but it’s worth it. Ordered the crab pasta and it’s delicious. Caramel chocolate is nice though the blend from the caramel was a little messy. Tea is decent too. Love the cozy environment here. Too bad it was a short stay.
It's a cozy, kid-friendly, and comfortable café. I love their coffee; their hot chocolate is rich and not too sweet. If you're an adventurous foodie, you might want to try their chocolate matcha latte, where you can taste both the chocolate and matcha in one sip. If you want to enjoy a little DIY with your coffee, you might want to try their cube coffee with almond milk. Their pizzas are also amazing, with thin and crunchy crust. The burger patty is thick and juicy. The portion of their cheesy chicken is generous and not greasy.
